We understand that the stress of life challenges or unforeseen circumstances is sometimes more than any one of us can manage on our own. It is okay to be overwhelmed and reach out for help.  Just call us for an appointment.

We Create Community For The Bears!

ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï invites all community members to help co-create a culture where students, faculty, and staff are supported in managing and advancing their own mental health. Additional resources can be found here: Mental Health Support for the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Community
