Arlignton Park Apartments

College of Osteopathic Medicine can apply to live in the Graduate Student Specialized Housing Community in Arlington Park Apartments, Building 1. These apartments offer affordable, all-inclusive, apartment-style living option that keeps you close to campus life.
You’ll enjoy the perks of apartment living—modern kitchens, private bedrooms, and 12-month contracts, with rent billed in three convenient installments in the fall, spring and summer.
How To Apply
Completing Your Housing Contract
Ready in your spot on campus? Heres how to complete your housing contract stepbystep:
- Log into the 厙ぴ勛圖 Housing Portal using your My厙ぴ勛圖 login.
- On the Home page, find Your Housing Applications and click View Applications. Youll see all contracts available to you.
- Click Apply Now next to the “2026-2027 Osteopathic Medicine” contract you want to submit.
- Answer all required questionsread carefully to make sure everything is correct.
- Click Save and Continue.
- Review the Terms and Conditions and confirm your contract.
- Click Pay deposit with TouchNet to go to the payment page.
- Once your deposit is paid, youll see a confirmation screen with next steps and get a confirmation email sent to your 厙ぴ勛圖 BearMail.
- Youre all setcontract complete, and your campus home is officially on the way!
Apartment Amenities
Refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, two-sided sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher and built-in microwave
Bedrooms include a student desk (built in or standalone), desk chair, dresser/under bed storage, a full XL bed and mattress.
The complex amenities include a gaming lounge with large-screen TV and convenient parking.
All two-bedroom/two-bathroom units and four-bedroom/two-bathroom units come with a full-size washer and dryer in each apartment. Two-bedroom/one-bathroom units have access to the free-to-use laundry room on the second floor.
Full-size sofa with matching armchair, coffee table, matching end table and two breakfast bar stools. The four-bedroom floor plan has an extra end table, as well as an extra armchair.
Living on Campus
You will check in at The Arlington Park community desk, located in building 1. Please contact our office and indicate on your application if you will need to change your arrival date; additional days may incur additional charges. Upon check-in you will receive a room condition report to fill out for the space you are assigned to.
Cleaning supplies, large mail & package pick-up and lockout keys are just a few of the services available to you at the community desk.

To send mail via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other provider, please use our guidelines to ensure your mailing arrives in a timely manner. Please do NOT put “厙ぴ勛圖” or “厙ぴ勛圖” on any of the mail. This will redirect the mail to the 厙ぴ勛圖 general mail room for faculty, staff and department mail.

Wireless and wired connections are provided in student bedrooms. Submit an online ticket for assistance or call Information Management & Technology at 970-351-4357 (970-351-HELP).
- Wired: Internet-connected game stations, Smart TVs, DVD/Blue Ray Players, Apple TVs, Roku devices, etc. can generally be connected to the 厙ぴ勛圖 network through a wired connection after being enabled by Information Management & Technology.
- Wireless: Connect to Wi-Fi by searching for available networks and select 厙ぴ勛圖-STUDENT. The password is 厙ぴ勛圖Student (case sensitive). Your username and password are your 厙ぴ勛圖 student (My厙ぴ勛圖) log-in and password.

We encourage students not to bring a printer and instead take advantage of the Bear Print stations. Students who bring a printer should purchase a wired printer to be connected directly to a computer by USB cable rather than a wireless one.

All parking areas on the 厙ぴ勛圖 Campus require an official 厙ぴ勛圖 parking permit. Student permits are available for purchase with Parking Services. Once purchased, the cost of the permit will be applied to your student bill. After you place the order for your permit, a temporary permit will be emailed to you. Please display this temporary permit until your permanent permit arrives in the mail. If your permit does not arrive within three weeks, please contact parkingservices@unco.edu.
