COM students can apply to live in the Graduate Student Specialized Housing Community in Arlington Park Apartments, Building 1. These apartments offer affordable, all-inclusive living that keeps you close to campus life. You’ll enjoy modern kitchens, private bedrooms and 12-month contracts, with rent billed in three convenient installments in the fall, spring and summer.

How To Apply

Completing Your Contract

Ready to lock in your spot?

  • Log into the 网曝吃瓜 Housing Portal using your My网曝吃瓜 login.
  • On the Home page, find 鈥�Your Housing Applications鈥� and click 鈥�View Applications.鈥�
  • Click 鈥�Apply Now鈥� next to the “2026-2027 Osteopathic Medicine” contract.
  • Answer all required questions and click 鈥�Save and Continue.鈥�
  • Review the Terms and Conditions and confirm.
  • Click 鈥�Pay deposit with TouchNet鈥� to go to the payment page.
  • Once your deposit is paid, you鈥檒l see a confirmation screen and get a confirmation email sent to your 网曝吃瓜 BearMail.
  • You鈥檙e all set: your campus home is officially on the way!

Living on Campus

You will check in at the Arlington Park community desk in Building 1. Please indicate on your application if you will need to change your arrival date; additional days may incur additional charges. Upon check-in, you will receive a room condition report to fill out for your space.

Cleaning supplies, package pick-up and lockout keys are also available at the community desk.

Need help with something in your room that’s not working right? You can contact the Arlington Park community desk at 970-351-4888. You can submit a work request through and use your BearMail for updates.

Note: You must be connected to 网曝吃瓜 wired or wireless internet to submit a work request.

For USPS, UPS, FedEx and other mail, please follow our guidelines to ensure mail arrives in a timely manner. Please do NOT put “网曝吃瓜” or “网曝吃瓜” on any mail. This will redirect the mail to the 网曝吃瓜 general mailroom for faculty, staff and department mail.

Wireless and wired connections are provided in student bedrooms. Submit an online ticket for assistance or call Information Management & Technology at 970-351-4357 (970-351-HELP).

  • Wired: Internet-connected game stations, Smart TVs, DVD/Blu-ray Players, Apple TVs, Roku devices, etc. can generally be connected to the 网曝吃瓜 network through a wired connection after being enabled by Information Management & Technology.
  • Wireless: Connect to Wi-Fi by selecting the 网曝吃瓜-STUDENT network. The password is 网曝吃瓜Student (case sensitive). Your login information is your 网曝吃瓜 student (My网曝吃瓜) log-in and password.

No need to bring your own printer! We encourage students to take advantage of the Bear Print stations around our campus.

All parking areas on the Campus require a 网曝吃瓜 parking permit. Student permits are available for purchase through Parking Services. Once purchased, the cost of the permit will be applied to your student bill. Permitting is confirmed via license plate: there is no hard-copy permit for you to display. Please contact parkingservices@unco.edu with any questions.
