Each room includes an adjustable-height twin (regular) bed with a dual-firmness mattress that you can flip for firm or extra-firm support. Beds measure approximately 80.5″ L x 41″ W x 37″ H.

Adjustable Bed Heights: Customize your bed height to suit your comfort and storage needs.

• Low (or bunked): 11″ of clearance underneath
• Middle (default): 21″of clearance underneath
• High: 31″of clearance underneath

Beds are typically set to the middle height at move-in for a balance of under-bed storage and easy access.

Bunking Options: Beds will not be bunked at move-in. After moving in, you’re welcome to bunk or un-bunk your beds to create your preferred room setup.

You’ll have your own space to study, create, and focus.

Every resident gets a desk and a two-position chair. The desks are approximately 48″ wide by 24″ deep and 30″ high.

Plenty of room for your laptop, books, and a few personal touches.

What’s Provided
Rooms in North Hall do not come with a refrigerator or microwave, so you’ll need to plan ahead.

Windows
Most North Hall rooms have either double-hung windows or casement windows that can be opened by the residents who want to enjoy a breeze from time to time.

Most windows come with fire-retardant drapes to help block out sunlight when you’re resting, studying, or just want a little privacy.

Private Bathroom Area
Each North Hall suite includes a full bathroom—no need to leave your room to brush your teeth, wash up, or get ready for the day.

Closets
Each resident has their own closet but the size will vary by room.

Under-Bed Dresser
Every room includes a 4-drawer dresser that fits perfectly under your bed.
Approx. size: 46″ wide x 22″ deep x 20″ high
Ideal for folded clothes, workout gear, and anything else you need to tuck away.

The closets in each room should allow for storage of clothing, as well as other items such as boxes, books, athletic gear, etc. There is also limited shared storage in the bathroom. Each room has a bookcase.
