Area of Research

ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï’s Office of Research and Sponsored Programs coordinates training and provides oversight in the responsible and ethical conduct of research to students, faculty and staff members.

Human subjects research at ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï is regulated by University regulations to ensure that all research carried out under the auspices of ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï conform to ethical standards.

Allegations of Research Misconduct should be reported to the Research Integrity Officer (RIO).

ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Institutional Care and Use Committee (IACUC) oversees the University’s animal program, facilities, and projects involving the use of animals.

Through membership in the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) of the University of Miami, online course modules are available to ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï faculty, staff, students and collaborators.
