The ÍøÆسԹϒs (ÍøÆسԹÏ) policy for public records inspection under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), C.R.S. § 24-72-201 et seq., is available in ÍøÆسԹϒs Board Policy Manual Section 1-1-603 Requests for Public Records under the Colorado Open Records Act (Policy). The Assistant Vice President for Communications is ÍøÆسԹϒs official custodian of records (Custodian).

See Policy Section (1) a-d. ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï cannot guarantee that the Custodian will receive an email public records request, due to spam filters and similar computer software. As a result, ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï will not automatically accept email requests. See Policy Section (2).
